This update included:
1. A change to hide the custom permissions tab when creating a user as it is not functional until the user exists.
2. A change to fix an error with date validation in Tasks for some site / browser combinations.
3. A change to tax to allow it to be a fixed fee as well as rated.
4. A fix for the scheme setting: "Would you like users to advance through pages on a quote despite errors?".
5. A fix for currencies with a space as the thousands separator not carrying over non matrix answers correctly.
