As part of Microsoft Azure’s retirement of Basic SKU public IP addresses, we will be upgrading the outbound gateway for the SchemeServe application. This work has been fully tested in development and in a comparable live environment, where the upgrade completed in under one minute with no loss of connectivity. While we do not anticipate disruption, there is a small possibility that some outbound services (such as SagePay, DVLA lookups, etc.) may experience a brief interruption during the upgrade window.
