Update to SchemeServe Application

This update included:

1. Change to caching of report formulas (no functional changes)
2. Change to response code when refreshing a login token and response headers have already been written (no functional changes)
3. Fix for saving setting on the Agent Money tab
4. Fix for the "WARNING: Going Back will reset all answers" message sometimes not quite working if you hit Back/Fwd lots of times rapidly
5. Change to Audit Viewer date control and query to make it more efficient
